We understand that every new mum’s journey is different, which is why our program is tailored to different stages of recovery.

How does this mini course differ from the main signature FitNest Mama membership?
This 12 week program is specifically designed to help you get into high impact exercise, and includes a running plan, plus 2 progressive weekly workouts for 12 weeks. It is perfect if you don't want a large range of postnatal workouts to progress your postnatal rehab, and you specifically want to focus on running.
If you would also like access to all our postnatal workouts and recovery resources, you would benefit from joining the monthly FitNest Mama Membership, which also includes access to this course. With the monthly membership, you can cancel at any time.
For a small one-off fee, this program is perfect if you're 12+ weeks postpartum, or if you don't want an ongoing monthly commitment.
What stage of postpartum is this program good for?
This 12 week program is perfect for any stage of postpartum over 12 weeks, once you've received the doctors clearance to return to exercise.
If you are pregnant, or under 12 weeks postpartum, you would benefit from our main signature membership, FitNest Mama.
I am already going to the gym, is this still useful?
This 12 week program has been created by a physiotherapist. It has tests and checklists to help you understand if and when your body is ready for high impact exercise.
Then, it gradually progresses you through the steps to help you safely, and successfully, return to running.
This program can temporarily replace, or compliment any existing gym memberships you are completing.
